Shipping

We ship through USPS,UPS, and FEDEX.

Once you have been assigned a tracking number, and your order is in a shipping carriers hands, we are not responsible for any problems that occur with the shipping carrier. Please reach out to the shipping carrier to resolve any problems that occur with shipping and handling. 

In an event that your package has been lost/ damaged please contact the shipping handler for a refund. If carrier refunds through me, I will refund you. 

Once you have received the product you have 14 days to contact us if your order is wrong (wrong size,etc).

PREORDERS: Pre-orders will start production on March 15th. From here it will take 2-3 weeks for production, and give 1-2  weeks for shipping. I will be giving updates on the pre-order status's weekly through my Instagram. These updates will be posted onto the Instagram story and highlights.
