Shipping

We ship through USPS,UPS, and FEDEX.

Pre-Made orders will ship 5-9 days after purchase. Please see the product slides for clarification if you have ordered from a pre-made stock.

Pre-Order orders will ship 2-4 weeks after purchase. Please see the product slides for clarification if you have ordered from a pre-order stock.

Once you have been assigned a tracking number, and your order is in a shipping carriers hands, we are not responsible for any problems that occur with the shipping carrier. Please reach out to the shipping carrier to resolve any problems that occur with shipping and handling. 

In an event that your package has been lost/ damaged please contact the shipping handler for a refund. If carrier refunds through me, I will refund you. 

Once you have received the product you have 14 days to contact us if your order is wrong (wrong size,etc).

For International shipping, you the buyer are responsible for local custom duties, import taxes, and VAT upon delivery.
